Our Prosecco vines, aged between 5 to 20 years, thrive in rocky, mineral-rich alluvial soils, yielding grapes of unparalleled quality and character. Hand-harvested with care, the grapes undergo a gentle pressing process using soft air bag techniques to preserve their natural essence. During fermentation, meticulous temperature control is maintained in pressure tanks for 60 days, ensuring optimal development without aeration.
