BLEND
Created from more than 100 different wines, of which 20% to 30% are reserve wines specially selected to enhance its maturity, complexity and constancy, the assemblage reflects the diversity and complementarity of the three grapes varietals:
Brut Imperial is an extremely accomplished assemblage of over 200 crus, creating a perfect balance of the three champagne grape varieties (30% to 40% Pinot Noir, 30% to 40% Pinot Meunier, 20% to 30% Chardonnay).
The use of 20% to 30% of carefully selected reserve wines complete the assemblage and enhance its maturity, complexity and consistency.  Â
